President, Brink Model Management
Heather Rouba is no stranger to the modeling industry. At 18, Heather competed at the International Model and Talent Association convention in New York City, where she placed as 1st runner-up in both the “Most Sought After Model” and “Model of the Year” categories. Heather signed with Karin Models (now MC2 Models) in New York and Miami.
After working as a full-time model, Heather committed to missionary work in Fresno, California, where she worked with the Hispanic population and became fluent in Spanish.
Heather earned her bachelor’s degree in fine arts from the University of Central Oklahoma in Interior Design with a minor in Art History in 2007 and was awarded the Presidential Leadership Scholarship and the Award of Excellence in Design. She worked for JHBR Architects and the UCO Architectural and Engineering Services Department as an interior designer. She also recently completed her Master of Science in Construction Management from the University of Oklahoma where she was recognized as a scholar by the National Associated General Contractors, National Association of Home Builders Professional Women in Building and NAHB Lee S. While simultaneously overseeing the most successful modeling agency in Oklahoma, Heather also works in commercial real estate development and project manages commercial historic preservation projects for CMSWillowbrook. She was just named by the Journal Record as one of 2019’s Achievers under 40.
In 2009, Heather won the title of Mrs. Oklahoma America and focused her reigning year on charity work for the arts and strengthening marriage/families. Also during her reign, Heather continued to work as a part-time model and co-founded what is now known as Brink Model Management, LLC.
